Stillora serves global B2B clients (importers, wholesalers, distributors). All our product quotations are based on FOB (Free On Board) Shanghai Port terms. This means our price covers all costs from production until the goods are loaded onto the vessel you designate. International shipping, insurance, destination customs clearance, and related fees are your (the importer’s) responsibility.

We are committed to providing clear and efficient logistics support and can assist you in obtaining preferential quotes from our logistics partners upon request.

 

2.FOB Terms Explained

Under FOB (Free On Board) terms, the responsibilities are divided as follows:

  • Stillora’s (Our) Responsibility:
    • Product manufacturing and quality inspection.
    • Inland transportation from our factory to Shanghai Port.
    • Export customs declaration procedures.
    • Loading the goods onto your designated vessel at Shanghai Port.
  • Importer’s (Your) Responsibility:
    • Costs for international ocean or air freight.
    • Freight insurance costs (we highly recommend you purchase this).
    • All costs after the goods arrive at the destination port, including unloading fees, port charges, etc.
    • Customs clearance procedures and all related duties and taxes (e.g., tariffs, VAT) in the destination country/region.
    • Inland transportation from the destination port to your final warehouse.

 

3.Logistics and Transit Times

Our production base in China allows us to serve global markets efficiently.

  • Production Lead Time: The standard production lead time for orders is typically 45-55 days. This includes raw material procurement, production, quality control, and packaging.
  • Shipping Transit Time: International transit time varies by destination and shipping method.
    • Near-Ocean Markets (e.g., Japan, Southeast Asia): Sea freight transit time is typically around 3-7 days.
    • Far-Ocean Markets (e.g., Europe, North America): Sea freight transit time is typically around 30-40 days.
  • Total Delivery Time: From order confirmation to receiving your goods, the estimated total delivery time is:
    • Near-Ocean Markets: Approximately 55-67 days.
    • Far-Ocean Markets: Approximately 80-95 days.

Please note that these are estimated times. Actual delivery may be affected by shipping line schedules, port efficiency, weather, public holidays, and other factors. We recommend allowing ample time for your procurement planning.

 

4.Logistics Arrangement Options

For your convenience, we offer flexible logistics arrangement options:

  • Nominated Freight Forwarder (Arranged by You): You can nominate your own freight forwarder to handle the international shipment. We will fully cooperate with your agent to complete the delivery at Shanghai Port.
  • Stillora Recommended Freight Forwarder (Arranged by Us): If you do not have a nominated forwarder, we can recommend our long-term, reputable logistics partners and help you obtain a competitive freight quote. The final shipping contract will be signed directly between you and the logistics company.

 

5.How to Get a Detailed Quote?

Due to frequent fluctuations in international freight rates, fuel surcharges, and other costs, we do not publish fixed shipping prices on our website. To obtain a detailed shipping quote for your specific order, please contact us through one of the following methods:
